• For customized products or third-party manufacturing, the MOQ will vary based on product type and specifications.

Pricing and Discounts

• Bulk orders are eligible for special pricing or discounts based on the quantity ordered.

Order Placement and Confirmation

• Bulk orders must be placed via email or phone, specifying the product details, quantity, and any customization requirements.
• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.

Production and Delivery Timeline

• For in-stock products, delivery will be processed within *7-10 business days*.
• For customized or third-party manufactured products, the production timeline will be communicated after order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges for bulk orders will be calculated based on the order size and delivery location. Free shipping may not apply to bulk orders.
• Exact charges will be included in the final quote.

Return and Refund Policy

• Bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the products are damaged or defective.
• Any issues must be reported within *48 hours* of delivery, along with supporting evidence (order details, photographs, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are only accepted within *24 hours* of order confirmation. After this period, the advance payment is non-refundable.
